Paul Aitchison has raised over £1000 for The Rock Trust by cycling from Lands end to John O’Groats over the course of 5 days, averaging at 200 miles a day, Crazy!

Hello Guys!

We are super excited to be launching a new FCSA sustainability campaign - ‘Pop’ In The Shower!

We have created a playlist with 3-5 minute songs. All genres, for all music tastes 😘
Every day, Try to shower within the time of your chosen song!

We will post a song every day from the playlist, You can use this or use the link to the playlist (in bio) and choose one that suits you!

Why have we decided to start this campaign?!
- Shorter showers help to save energy and reduce the amount of fossil fuels, which is lowering your personal carbon footprint. By reducing the amount of hot water that needs to be produced, less electricity is used to heat the water. This contributes to lower greenhouse gas emissions, which are the primary contributors to climate change in the UK and worldwide. If everyone were to take shorter showers, even occasionally, the collective energy savings could make a significant impact on the environment as we move towards Net Zero carbon.

So, Pop in the shower, have a dance, a singsong and help save the planet!
